She specialises in church and charity governance, trauma-informed practice, organisational strategy, risk management, and culture and change leadership.Her work is shaped by a clear conviction: sustainable mission requires more than vision and passion—it requires strong structures, clear accountability, and leadership that can navigate complexity with integrity. Debbie brings a strategic and practical approach to helping organisations align their governance, culture, and operations in support of long-term impact.

With over 20 years of executive leadership experience, Arianna brings a strong understanding of the pressures and complexities of purpose-driven environments.Her work focuses on strengthening leadership resilience, communication, and organisational health, helping leaders navigate change with clarity and confidence. Arianna combines evidence-based coaching psychology with practical leadership insight, and is a certified Everything DiSC™ facilitator. Arianna also provides specialist coaching in menopause and midlife leadership, supporting individuals and organisations to better understand and respond to its impact in the workplace.
